TMSA First Grader Wins Silver in International Math Challenge

A first-grade student from TMSA Triad Elementary has made the school proud by winning the Silver Award in the Online International Math Challenge on November 15-16, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand. The student competed in the Kids: Grades 1-2 category against participants from 85 countries around the world.

The competition tested students on problem-solving, math skills, and logical thinking. Winning a silver award is a big achievement and shows the student’s hard work and talent.

Teachers and school leaders are very proud. "Arya Nur K. has done an amazing job and worked very hard. We are so happy to see this success," said Mrs. Burke, the principal of TMSA Triad Elementary.

The Online International Math Challenge is a well-known competition for young students, and this award is a great honor. It also encourages other students to love math and do their best.

Recognition of the student’s achievement was given during the third-quarter ceremony to celebrate this special moment.
