The character trait for November and December is Kindness. Let’s Focus on some random acts of kindness as a school community. Please share your pics with me with a little note! I would love to see our Tigers practicing acts of kindness!

Random acts of kindness – actions, big or small, that are kind to others. Anyone can do them and everyone can perform random acts of kindness every day. Just one small kind act can inspire others to do the same! Here are examples of simple ways to perform random acts of kindness:

• Give some of your time for someone else to participate in self-care
• Pay someone a genuine compliment
• Pick up litter while wearing gloves
• Hold a door for someone
• Donate something to a worthy cause
• Lend a hand to someone who is in need
• Do an extra chore/or task for someone else
• Write someone a kind note or a virtual card
• Smile at someone or everyone

Those are the updates for the week ahead. Let’s make it a great week! Goooooo Tigers!

Kind Regards,
Mrs. Burke
